As part of the development of the Go Ghaap! Heritage Tourism Route, the KDF would like to support crafters in the Ghaap region (Kuruman, Kathu, Olifantshoek, Deben, Postmasburg, Danielskuil, Griquatown and Campbell). Crafters outside the region (in the “rim towns”, i.e. Barkly West, Douglas, Prieska, Groblershoop and Vanzylsrus) will also be invited.

 

The KDF has already identified at least 20 suitable crafters, and compiled a Go Ghaap Crafts Catalogue.
